Based in London, Emi was awarded a professional cookery diploma and the “21st Anniversary Trophy” for best student at Tante Marie School of Cookery, having previously had a career as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and London.
Emi is currently growing her baking business, supplying quality handmade celebration cakes from her home in South West London. Perfect for weddings, birthdays, christenings, baby showers or any other occasion. Each cake is lovingly made using fresh, quality ingredients.
Professional and approachable, Emi is also available for catering for dinner parties, lunches and afternoon teas.
Emi also works as a freelance recipe tester and assistant food stylist in the food media/publishing industry.
